№ 01no refund policy
all purchases through grants.tools are final. we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any subscription payments — monthly or annual.
№ 02cancellation
you can cancel your subscription any time from your dashboard. you keep pro access until the end of the current billing period. no partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused time.
№ 03free tier
Two tools are free. You can use them as long as you want. Try them first so you know what you are paying for.
№ 04billing issues
if you were charged in error (duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, etc.), email support@grantstools.com within 7 days. we review every case and resolve legitimate billing errors.
№ 05changes to this policy
we may update this refund policy. updates get posted here with a fresh effective date. continued use after changes means you've accepted the revised policy.
